I wish there was some sort of uniform sizing so you could order something and know to a certain extent what you were getting, but no. I don't want to order something that's a 9/42 only to find it's actually an 8. Jones Bootmakers have started doing the 9/42 thing all of a sudden, and a lot of the high street cheapy shops do it too. It makes ordering online ten times harder than it already is, especially as I am at the 9.5 end of the scale!Emmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10126817451769097988noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5147444162299691814.post-90037687474964386142009-07-29T14:44:58.749+01:002009-07-29T14:44:58.749+01:00Can you clarify for me about the mystery of a UK 9...Can you clarify for me about the mystery of a UK 9 being a 42/43. I always took it that a nine was a EUR43 but some sites to seem to have them down as a 42. I buy most of my shoes on Cinderella Shoes and their nine is a 43 and depending on the manufacturer they always seem to fit me perfectly...
